To reserve your DL38, an initial payment of €5,000 by credit card is required, along with a bank transfer of €45,000 within 10 days.
Reservations are considered final upon receipt of the bank transfer payment.

  • DL38 RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Reservation Purpose
      This reservation ("Reservation") grants the Client priority for the allocation of one of the two (2) hulls produced annually by DL Catamarans. The Reservation does not constitute a final purchase agreement but represents a commitment to secure a place on the production list ("Founding Member").
    2. Payment Procedure and Confirmation
      To validate the reservation, the Client must complete the full reservation fee of €50,000 (fifty thousand/00) as follows:
    • Immediate Deposit: €5,000 by credit card upon submission of the online form.
    • Reservation Balance: €45,000 by bank transfer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the initial deposit.
    • Effectiveness: The position on the waiting list becomes valid only upon receipt of the balance (€45,000) in DL Catamarans’ account. If payment is not made within the term, DL Catamarans reserves the right to cancel the position and refund the initial deposit.
    1. Configuration and Purchase Agreement
      Prior to the start of production (estimated based on the Founding Members’ order), DL Catamarans will contact the Client to:
    • Define technical specifications and customizations.
    • Issue the Final Purchase Agreement, including the total price of the catamaran, taxes, customs duties, transport costs, and delivery terms.
      The full reservation fee (€50,000) will be applied as a deposit toward the final purchase price.
    1. Cancellation and Refund Rights
    • Before Signing the Purchase Agreement: The Client may cancel the reservation at any time and for any reason.
    • Refund: In the event of cancellation, DL Catamarans will refund the full €50,000 within 14 business days, via credit card (€5,000) and bank transfer (€45,000) to the original accounts.
    • No Interest: The Client acknowledges that the reservation fee does not accrue interest and is not held in third-party escrow.
    1. Exclusivity and Non-Transferability
      The "Founding Member" status and the associated hull number are strictly personal. Sale, transfer, or assignment of the reservation to third parties is not permitted without prior written consent from DL Catamarans.
    2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
      This agreement is governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
    3. Personal Information
